The newest store in Virginia offers most tabletop wargames, card games, board games, and hobby supplies such as paint and tools. A spacious gaming area in the store also allows gamers a place to get together as well as a locale for events.

Lining up great games is only part of the work we have to get done for this year’s event. We are working with clubs, stores, retailers and manufacturers to provide a unique gaming experience that stands out from the rest.

Once again we are pleased to announce that Jawaballs Productions will be contributing to the huge pool of prizes for our attendees.

I offer easy to use How to Paint videos for 40k made by an Art Teacher and professional artist… ME. They take the viewer step by step through painting the chapter of their choice, and I explain along the way not just how, but why! I have sold hundreds of videos, and gotten nothing but glowing praise. I also offer my own line of custom resin bases. Each one is hand made by me, and can be seen featured on my award winning Blood Angels army. Finally, I do high end commission work. My commission blog is jawaballs.blogspot.com. You can follow the progress of my recent commissions and I use the blog as a way of updating the customer as I work. Customers have full input in how I paint, and they get to see each unit as it becomes a finished work of art.

We are happy to announce the latest details for The MechaniCon 2010 Gaming Convention.

Ticket Sales and Registration
Ticket sales will begin Monday, March 29. Ticket ordering information and the Hotel Discount code will be found the main website.

New Forums
We have added the Forums to our web presence and will be expanding into other areas as well. Keep an eye out for the latest news or join in the discussions.

Game Master Registration
Most of the tournament space has been filled and there is still room for small events. Side events will be anything from a small game demo to an multi-day event. If you are interested in running a game at the convention please contact us.

Sponsorship and Volunteers
Thanks to loads of wonderful participation last year, we were able to offer some of the best perks and rewards for our attendees. Side Events at MechaniCon 2010

In addition to the large tournaments, there will be many side events and demos to participate in. These events will be free to enter with your admission badge. For the latest info please check the forums for details on side events.
