Taking a break from preparing for the event to bring you a couple quick announcements.

T-Shirt Orders end 10/25/09 at midnight. We will be placing the order with our printer on Monday, 10/26/09, and will not be ordering extra shirts. If you wish to get a shirt, please order by the deadline. You can order T-Shirts here.

The new Auction Brochure has been posted here. Check out some of the great items and services that have been donated. Over 200 more items will be available in the Silent Auction that will run during the day on Saturday, November 7.

We are down to four weeks until the convention and have some announcements to make.

Hotel Room Reservations
There is a discounted Group Rate of $92.00. Please mention “The Gaming Garage” when making your reservation. The discount rate has been extended to October 16, 2009. The rate of $92 will go up to their normal prices of $129 and up. If you have not reserved your rooms do it now to take advantage of the discount rate.

Grand Tournament Rewards
The MechaniCon 40K Grand Tournament has received a flood of support. We have a prize pool of over $3500, custom trophies, special giveaways, and event discount codes. We are excited to bring the newest Independent Tournament to you with some of the best rewards possible. Tickets are going fast so order yours today!

We have set our date for next year and will be part of the new GW Independent Tournament Circuit for the MechaniCon 40K GT. Look for details of the new circuit on the Games Workshop website next month. Mark your calendar and save the date.
