FTW Games has volunteered to sponsor the convention this year!

The newest store in Virginia offers most tabletop wargames, card games, board games, and hobby supplies such as paint and tools. A spacious gaming area in the store also allows gamers a place to get together as well as a locale for events.

Lining up great games is only part of the work we have to get done for this year’s event. We are working with clubs, stores, retailers and manufacturers to provide a unique gaming experience that stands out from the rest.

Once again we are pleased to announce that Jawaballs Productions will be contributing to the huge pool of prizes for our attendees.

I offer easy to use How to Paint videos for 40k made by an Art Teacher and professional artist… ME. They take the viewer step by step through painting the chapter of their choice, and I explain along the way not just how, but why! I have sold hundreds of videos, and gotten nothing but glowing praise. I also offer my own line of custom resin bases. Each one is hand made by me, and can be seen featured on my award winning Blood Angels army. Finally, I do high end commission work. My commission blog is jawaballs.blogspot.com. You can follow the progress of my recent commissions and I use the blog as a way of updating the customer as I work. Customers have full input in how I paint, and they get to see each unit as it becomes a finished work of art.

St. Valentines Day Massacre

St. Valentines Day Massacre is a new Warhammer 40K tournament that is part of Games Workshop’s new North American Tournament Circuit. The event will be hosted by Showcase Comics and the BigGunz-NE club at the Granite Run Mall in Media, PA. This will be the first major event there, not including the past ‘Ard Boyz Regionals that have been hosted by the store. Showcase Comics was a sponsor of our event last year and the least we can do is help promote this event now.

The St. Valentines Day Massacre event will welcome 80 players for Warhammer 40,000. There will be 5 games played over the last weekend of February. Look for the rules packet later this week in the public section of their forums (no registration is required).

Cabin Fever!

Part of creating a successful event is getting lots of help. We are proud to help sponsor The Adventurer’s Guild with their Cabin Fever! event. They have run a MiniGT since 2000 and are making this next one an event you cannot miss!

We will be bringing our tables and scenery up to Harrisburg so that the event can expand and have consistent levels of terrain to battle on. We will be there and we hope to see you there!
